I also finally have managed to set up my routine exercise.. Good for me, eh?
My favorite is the body combat.. Aha! I love the punching and kicking! Once my twins saw me during class.. They laugh and said : mum, you are so funny when punching!
Uh.. please don't get me wrong.. This twins, no matter what I do , they always say I'm funny ! Those teens should try my punch and kick sometime.. Hmm, wait next month i'll be stronger hahaha..
The not-so-favorite-but-I-still-be-able-to-do-class is TRX.. Oh for cryin' out loud.. My stomach is still hurt from 2-days-ago TRX class..
Next on my list is the dreadful one.. And for me it is the RPM class.. Sigh.. It's been 4months and I have the class almost everyday. I used to hear the instructor yell : No-back-off.. Or, attack mode, climbing mode.. And the one we all waiting for : cooling down.. (This usually yelled by one of us.. Hahahaha..
Until this morning, I still have butterflies in my stomach everytime I join RPM class. I'm scared! At first, thought the climbing mode is the hardest.. But then I grew stronger (at least I thought I grew stronger hahaha..) and climbing is not as hard as I always imagine.. Then comes another nightmare.. Speed! Aaarrgh.. I can't keep up the speed. I don't know how to tell my feet to speed pedalling.. Sigh...
This morning I asked my friend , he is on training to become instructor so he should know how.. He said : you have to hold your tummy to speed pedalling.. So I tried, and will keep on trying.. For Monday is the moment of truth whether I already master speed pedalling or not.. My Monday instructor and his sharp eyes usually checked on each of us .. On speed, on cheating the weight (haha!) .. On the right posture..
Those who knows me, they knows I prefer being couch potato.. I honestly have to gather and drag myself to the gym sometimes.. But, as I did.. Turns out I love it!
